REFUND POLICY

At Binge On, customer satisfaction and product quality are extremely important to us. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we maintain specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

Products once delivered are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the issue falls under approved categories such as damaged products, incorrect items, defective packaging, or quality concerns verified by our team.

Customers must report any eligible issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team along with clear images or videos showing the product condition, packaging issue, or order discrepancy.

Refund or replacement requests submitted without sufficient proof, after the reporting timeline, or involving partially consumed products may not qualify for approval.

If a refund request is approved after verification, the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

In cases where replacement stock is available, Binge On may choose to provide a replacement product instead of a monetary refund.

Orders cancelled before dispatch may qualify for a full refund. However, once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Binge On reserves the right to reject refund claims in situations involving misuse, false claims, intentional product damage, or repeated abuse of the refund process.

Minor variations in seasoning appearance, product texture, or natural ingredient characteristics do not qualify as defects, as our products may contain naturally sourced ingredients.
